No Insurance

Easy! We offer Care Plans with simple payment arrangements or you can pay per visit.

Health Insurance

We accept most major health insurances. We will verify any benefits you may have and send your claims directly to your insurance for you. You are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and insurance denials.

Auto Injury

Auto-related injuries are 100% covered, even if you were at fault or a passenger. You can get the care you need and it will cost you nothing out-of-pocket. All we would need if your claim number, insurance and attorney information.

Work Injury

Most work related injuries are covered at 100% for up to 12 weeks. All that is needed to get started is your claim number and Worker Comp insurance information.

Medicare

We gladly accept Medicare patients as well. We simply need a copy of your Medicare card to get things started.
